This article generally reviews the Public-Private Partnerships （PPP） of China in 2019 from the perspectives of the status quo，policy direction and operational rules of PPP. Based on the international and domestic economic situation，this article also studies on the route and inherent logic of the development of PPP in China，from the aspects of the legal environment，cooperation-competition of policies，inter-ministerial coordination and delicacy management，and accordingly forecasts the forward direction and trend of PPP，in order to help PPP continue to serve China’s infrastructure investment and financing system and mechanism reform and regional sustainable development.
