Content platforms characterized by short video companies continued to target various types of users，igniting people’s enthusiasm in discussing issues and sharing premium contents to various types of users. The role models who made special contributions to agricultural development，impressed and encouraged people with their love for home country and willingness to shoulder responsibilities. The publicity of the governmenton the issues related to agriculture，rural areas，and farmerswas effective，which also showcased its capacity in administrating news-based policy implementation and benefiting farmers through information sharing. It also fostered strong positive energy among the public. Looking into 2020，a year when regular measures will need to be taken to prevent and control the outbreak of COVID-19，the topics will focus on stable supply of agricultural products，growth in farmers’ income and people’s well-being.
