According to this article reviews the Japanese to promote fuel cell technology，subsidy measures，cost control，development and application of demonstration applications，standards，political union to promote collaboration and upstream and downstream enterprises of applied ways in its fuel cells play a role in the development，large-scale hydrogen industry development puts forward some Suggestions to our country. According to Japan’s hydrogen development strategy，China’s hydrogen industry should promote energy transformation in its development，accelerate core technology research and development while strengthening top-level design，moderately advance hydrogen home application research and development and reduce hydrogen application cost，timely carry out demonstration applications and make policy linkage.
