June and July，2020，the German national hydrogen strategy and the Strategy of hydrogen had been released，which clearly depicts the future hydrogen in the positioning and role of the integrated energy system，is also the source of the hydrogen supply，the market application and commercial cultivation planning a clear path for a Europe-wide battle over the last years of the hydrogen line gives the answer. There are strong similarities between China and Europe in energy security，environmental protection，industrial development and other fields，and the experience of European hydrogen industry policy is worthy of attention.
