The industrialization development of fuel cell vehicles requires hydrogen energy infrastructure to enhance its competitiveness in terms of safety，reliability and cost. The implementation of appropriate technology and supply solutions will play a key role in building the competitiveness of the industry as a whole，which will require concerted progress by international and domestic industry and authorities in the regulation，regulation and standards （RC&S） system. In the report，the practical experience and the latest progress in the production，storage，transportation and filling of hydrogen energy for vehicles are discussed，and some Suggestions on the further construction of relevant regulations and standard system are put forward.
