    燃料电池汽车储氢系统安全检测与标准简析

    摘要

    随着燃料电池汽车的示范与商业化发展,其车载储氢系统的安全检测及认证体系也在逐步完善中。本报告综述了燃料电池汽车储氢系统安全检测的国内外相关标准法规及测试机构。目前我国针对车载储氢系统及零部件的标准和检测能力亟待加强,并且还没有相关标准和检测方法能够解决在役车载氢瓶定期检测的难题,需要在修订相应安全技术规程和标准时予以研究和解决。另外,除氢气瓶以外的其他氢系统关键零部件,国内目前仅有加氢口的国家标准,瓶阀、减压阀、过滤器等尚无独立的标准或者检验方法尚不明确,需要逐步完善相关技术要求与检测认证体系。此外,由于国内外标准中针对燃料电池车载氢系统的氢气泄漏检测的方法和判定标准均语焉不详,可操作性不强,也有必要进一步研究制定具有可操作性的检测方法和判定标准。

    Abstract

    With the demonstration and commercial development of fuel cell electric vehicles (FEVs),the safety testing and certification system of on-board hydrogen storage system is gradually improved. In the report,the domestic and foreign standards and regulations and testing institutions for hydrogen storage system of fuel cell vehicles are reviewed. At present,the standards and testing capabilities of on-board hydrogen storage systems and components in China need to be strengthened urgently,and there are no relevant standards and testing methods that can solve the problem of regular testing of on-board hydrogen bottles in service. Therefore,it is necessary to study and solve the problem when revising the corresponding safety technical regulations and standards. In addition,for other key parts of hydrogen system other than hydrogen bottles,there is only the national standard of hydrogenation port at present in China,and there is no independent standard or test method for bottle valve,pressure-reducing valve,filter,etc.,which is still unclear. Therefore,relevant technical requirements and test and certification system need to be gradually improved. In addition,as the methods and criteria for hydrogen leakage detection in the fuel cell on-board hydrogen system are unknown in the domestic and foreign standards,the operability is not strong,so it is necessary to further study and develop the operable detection methods and criteria.
