    2020年中国氢能标准动态及展望

    摘要

    氢能技术的发展对氢能标准化工作提出了严峻挑战。传统的先发展技术再开展标准化工作的模式已经不能适应技术更新快、产品周期短的氢能产业发展需求。本报告系统梳理了氢能产业制、储、运、加注、安全、应用等环节的标准进展。随着氢能产业的快速发展,应不断强化标准化意识,推动氢能领域科技创新与标准化“三同步”,即技术研究与标准研究同步,科技成果转化与标准制定同步,科技成果产业化与标准实施同步,加快推动先进技术转化成标准。

    Abstract

    The development of hydrogen technology poses a severe challenge to hydrogen standardization. The traditional model of developing technology first and then carrying out standardization has been unable to meet the development needs of hydrogen industry with fast technology update and short product cycle. The progress of hydrogen standards in manufacturing,storage,transportation,refueling,safety and application of hydrogen energy was systematically reviewed. With the rapid development of hydrogen industry,standardization awareness should be constantly strengthened to promote the “three synchronization” between technological innovation and standardization in the field of hydrogen energy,that is,the synchronization between technical research and standard research,the synchronization between the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the formulation of standards,and the synchronization between the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and the implementation of standards,so as to accelerate the transformation of advanced technologies into standards.
