本报告基于新型城镇化的背景,对河南省外出务工农民工进行调查,运用描述性的分析方法,重点分析农民工群体的压力来源和幸福感状况。研究发现,农民工在家乡生活的幸福感高于在务工地生活,不同性别的农民工群体幸福感差异非常显著,不同代际的农民工幸福感差异显著,不同婚姻状态的农民工在幸福感方面没有显著差异。本报告论述了农民工群体压力与幸福感的表现与差异,继而从四个方面提出缓解压力和提高幸福感的策略:第一,合理安排农民工群体的工作时间,为其适当提供岗位培训;第二,提高农民工群体的薪资水平,依法维护各项权益;第三,完善农民工社会保障制度,提高他们的住房、医疗、文化娱乐水平;第四,加强对留守老人、儿童的扶持,减少农民工城市建设的后顾之忧。
<<Based on the background of new urbanization,this paper investigates migrant workers who go out to work in Henan Province,and uses descriptive analysis methods to analyze the stress source and the well-being of migrant workers. It is found that the well-being of migrant workers living in their hometowns is higher than that of migrant workers living in work places;the differences in well-being among migrant workers of different genders are very significant;the well-being of migrant workers in different generations is significant;but there is no significant difference in well-being among migrant workers in different marital statuses. Through the description of this paper,the performance and differences of the pressure and happiness of migrant workers can be better understood,and then the corresponding strategies to alleviate the pressure and improve the happiness can be provided from four aspects more specifically. First,reasonably arrange the working hours of migrant workers and provide them with appropriate job training. Second,raise the salary level of the dense just group,safeguard various rights and interests according to law. Third,we will improve the social security system for migrant workers and improve their housing,medical care,cultural and entertainment standards. Fourth,we will strengthen support for the elderly and children left behind by migrant workers to reduce their worries about urban construction.
