The aging of the population is the product of economic and social progress and development. It is also accompanied by the acceleration of population transformation，which profoundly affects the development structure of social population，resources，and the environment. As far as our province is concerned，compared with the whole country，due to the huge population base and other influences，the population transformation has become more intense，leading to a rapid increase in the aging level of the province. With the individualization and diversification of the needs of elderly care services for the elderly，issues such as health protection，life care and humanistic care for the elderly have become increasingly prominent. This research will take the research on the personalized needs of the elderly as the starting point，and comprehensively implement strategies from the construction of elderly service institutions，service supply，technological innovation and optimization of resources，and strive to create a “Henan Plan” for personalized elderly service supply.
