In recent years，various parts of Henan have vigorously promoted party building in urban and rural communities，actively explored the law of party building to lead community governance practices，and formed many effective empirical models，which have effectively improved the level of grassroots social governance and service to the masses. However，there are still insufficient ideological understandings. Problems such as insufficient leading ability，insufficient construction funding，and imperfect institutional mechanisms. Entering the new era，community party organizations need to grasp the key of party building leadership，give full play to the party’s strong leadership advantages，and realize the precise connection between grassroots party building and community governance，so that the general public will have a sense of gain and happiness in community governance in the new situation.
