Analyzing the top ten social hotspot events of Henan in 2020，it can be found that public opinion is still based on public interests，focusing on social governance，education，and people’s livelihood construction. Including Henan “hard core epidemic prevention”，General Secretary Xi Jinping’s reply to Yuanfang Group，Guo Moumou’s outbound diagnosis and concealment，“children buried and killed” and “jumping of reporters”，poverty management，“college promotion exam leaking questions”，and old towns Community reconstruction，anti-domestic violence issues，urban management violence law enforcement，farmland protection issues.
