中国艺术节是我国文艺界最盛大的国家级文化艺术节日。2016年10月，陕西第十一届中国艺术节在地区乃至全国范围都产生较大影响。新时代背景下，中国艺术节的经济社会影响力呈现“不平衡不充分”特征，从普通民众、文艺工作者、区域发展等方面设计科学规范的综合性评价指标体系，不仅有助于对中国艺术节的跟踪调研和全面评估，更对实现“人民的节日”宗旨具有重大现实意义。
<<The China Art Festival is the grandest national cultural art festival in China. The Eleventh China Art Festival in Shanxi produced a great effect in the region even the country，October.2016. In New Era，the Influence of China Art Festival also appears “unbalanced and inadequate”，we have to design scientific and comprehensive system from aspects of people、artists and regional development. This target system is not only helpful to the research and appraisal，but also significant in China Art Festival which is themed at “a people’s festival”.
