    “十四五”时期数字信息技术引领中国文化行业进入结构性变革

    摘要

    技术创新特别是数字信息技术的创新在文化行业的大规模应用,推动了中国文化市场的消费结构变化,从而引发了整个国家文化行业的结构升级。从表面上看,文化行业的结构性变化,是受到社会消费需求的成长和消费结构升级的牵引,但从实质上看,主要还是受到技术进步的强烈作用,是数字信息技术对文化领域的全面渗透和渐进改造积累的结果,数字信息技术革命引领“十四五”中国文化行业进入结构性变革的转折点。在文化消费和文化生产的大变革时期,文化消费的快速升级和迭代,也使文化行业的变革从消费领域进入了供给领域,文化产业生态得以重塑。数字信息技术带来了文化行业变革背后的深刻技术力量,中国的文化行业也必须顺应数字信息技术创新的趋势,完成行业的转型升级。

    Abstract

    The digital information technology leads the cultural industry into a turning point of structural change during “14th five year plan”. The information revolution,marked by mobile Internet technology,mobile communication technology,big data,cloud computing technology and artificial intelligence technology,has swept the world and deeply entered the field of global cultural production and cultural consumption,promoting the continuous innovation of cultural industry formats,such as online games,online exhibitions,digital music,digital publishing,online advertising,e-commerce,digital design,network TV,mobile new media,mobile film,mobile music,mobile newspapers and magazines,mobile reading,mobile games and so on,have entered the daily life of consumers,leading the rapid iteration of cultural consumption and reshaping the global cultural industry ecology. The large-scale application of technological innovation,especially the innovation of digital information technology,in the cultural industry has promoted the change of consumption structure in the Chinese cultural market,thus triggering the upgrading of the whole national cultural industry’s structural. On the surface,the structural change of cultural industry is driven by the growth of social consumption demand and the upgrading of consumption structure,but in essence,it is mainly driven by the strong role of technological progress and the result of the comprehensive penetration and gradual transformation accumulation of digital information technology in the cultural field. The digital information technology revolution leads China’s cultural industry into the turning point of structure change during “14th five year plan”. In the period of great changes in cultural consumption and cultural production,the rapid upgrading and iteration of cultural consumption has also brought the transformation of cultural industry from the consumption field into the supply field and reshaped the cultural industry ecology. Digital information technology has brought profound technical force behind the transformation of cultural industry. China’s cultural industry must also comply with the trend of digital information technology innovation and complete the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
