The wave of contemporary immigration has driven the flow of folk arts across time and space，moving them from the countryside to the city. After the reform and opening up，a large number of folk arts entered Shenzhen with immigrants and merged with local folk arts，thereby achieving their own innovative development in the urban context. The innovation of Shenzhen folk arts is the result of a combination of subjective and objective factors. On the one hand，Shenzhen utilizes local resources to build a new cultural ecology for folk arts，which provides favorable conditions for the industrialization and digital innovation of folk arts；on the other hand，folk artists in Shenzhen also have a range of clear development strategies. Driven by the strategies of cultural landscape and exotic cultural capitalization，folk arts in Shenzhen have explored their own industrialization and digital innovation path.
