In 2019，the integrated transport service capacity of the Yangtze River Delta will gradually improve. From the perspective of structure，both freight transport and passenger transport of highway transport show a downward trend，in which the railway freight transport volume increases for the first time，and the decline rate of port production is narrowed. Port cargo throughput still maintained a rapid growth，but foreign trade cargo throughput showed a slow growth. The year 2020 is the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Facing the complicated international and domestic situation，the Yangtze River Delta region should take precise measures in transportation integration，airport group and port group construction，and strive to promote the steady development of transportation industry.
