It has become an important driving force for the development of the cultural industry in the new era. This article takes the digital creative industry as an example to explore the development of the digital creative industry under the model of intellectual property securitization. Based on the analysis of the era，policy and industry background of the development of intellectual property securitization，the connotation and model of intellectual property securitization are analyzed，and the actual model is used to analyze the composition model of intellectual property securitization. Taking into consideration the current development dilemma of the creative industry in the process of intellectual property securitization，the paper proposes to explore the innovative development path of the intellectual property securitization of digital creative enterprises.
