This report systematically and comprehensively evaluates the industrial transformation and upgrading level of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from the four dimensions：structural optimization，quality improvement，industrial innovation and environmental friendliness. According to the comprehensive index，the 41 cities are ranked. The results show that Shanghai，Nanjing，Suzhou，Hangzhou and Wuxi rank the top five in the index of industrial transformation and upgrading in the Yangtze River Delta.
