现代的博物馆信息系统的研究已经不只是对藏品本体信息的研究,而是对博物馆相关的人、物、数据及三者之间信息交互的研究。博物馆丰富的数字资源是进行数字人文研究的宝贵财富。观众服务大数据作为博物馆数据中的重要组成部分,具有重要的研究价值。本报告以国家海洋博物馆观众服务大数据为例,分析了观众服务大数据的来源、观众服务大数据的管理、观众服务大数据可视化及博物馆观众中城市新移民这一现象,并提出利用博物馆数据进行城市新移民智慧服务的探索方向,以及进行数字人文研究的新思路。
<<The research of modern museum information system is not only the research of cultural relics ontology information,but also the research of Museum related people,objects,data and information interaction among them. The rich digital resources of museums are valuable wealth for the research of Digital Humanities. As an important part of Museum data,audience service big data has important research value. Taking the audience service big data of the National Maritime Museum Of China as an example,this paper analyzes the source,the management,the visualization of the audience service big data,and the phenomenon of the new immigrants in the museum audience,and propose the exploration direction of using the museum data to provide smart service for the new immigrants in the city,as well as the new ideas of Digital Humanities Research.
