At present，compared with developed regions，Henan’s innovation resources，such as science，education and talents are inherently insufficient，and the innovation capabilities of industrial innovation entities are generally low，and the stamina to support high-quality economic development and form a new development pattern is insufficient. For this reason，Henan must seize opportunities，adhere to being problem-oriented and demand-oriented，and give full play to its late-comer advantages. By learning from the successful experience of cultivating industrial innovation entities in developed areas in China，Henan will optimize the growth environment of industrial innovation entities，promote the “deep integration of the four chains”，strengthen the status of enterprises as the main body，and adhere to the combination of independent innovation and open innovation.
