Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC clearly proposed the implementation of innovation driven strategy，cities’ industrial innovation ability has been improved，innovation output has also achieved synchronous growth，innovation support for urban development has been significantly enhanced，but compared with the requirements of high-quality urban development，there are still many problems and shortcomings. In the future，we should focus on improving the innovation ability of the enterprise subject and strengthening the construction of innovation platform，so as to improve the innovation ability of the city industry and fully stimulate the dynamic vitality of the high-quality development of the city.
