Urban cultural management is to promote the development of urban cultural undertakings，cultural industries and the standardized operation of the cultural market by establishing a sound system of policies and regulations. This report nalyzes the existing problems and the gap between developed cities on the basis of sorting out the measures and achievements of urban management innovation in various cities in Henan Province，and finally puts forward some countermeasures to further promote urban management innovation.
