iQIYI is an innovative online entertainment service company，which has been listed on Nasdaq successfully. This paper takes iQIYI as the research object，elaborates its international development process and current development characteristics and focuses on the analysis of iQIYI international development ideas as well as the key factors of international development so far. And on this basis，the paper gets some enlightenment for Chinese enterprises，especially for domestic online entertainment service enterprises.
