中国中车是全球范围内最大的轨道交通制造企业,也是中国在国际市场中的一张“金名片”,是中国基建行业国际化发展的典范。本报告以中国中车为研究对象,对其国际化发展历程及现状进行了阐述,重点分析了中国中车国际化发展的动因,以及国际化成功的关键因素,给“一带一路”倡议下走出国门的企业提供了一些启示。研究认为,国内经济增速放缓,市场收缩、国家政策开放,外来企业进入导致了竞争日趋激烈、“一带一路”倡议的稳步推进、同时南北车合并提供了优秀的技术创新与国内地位等原因共同推进了中国中车拓展海外市场业务、深化国际化发展的脚步。而国家层面的倡议、中国中车领先的技术优势、重视文化融合与社会责任的履行也为中国中车铺设了一条平坦的国际化之路。其对于国家政策倡议的积极响应、持续落实的创新战略、促进海外文化融合与积极履行海外社会责任的做法值得国内企业参考和借鉴。
<<CRRC is the largest rail transit manufacturing enterprise in the world. It is also China’s “golden card” in the international market,and a model for the international development of China’s infrastructure industry. This section takes CRRC as the research object,expounds its internationalization development process and current situation,analyzes the motivation of internationalization of CRRC and the key factors of its internationalization success,and provides some suggestions for enterprises to go abroad under the “The Belt and Road” initiative. Research believes that the slowed down of the domestic economic growth,the shrunken market,and the opened up policies,the excellent technological innovation and domestic status have pushed CRRC to expand its overseas market and deepen its international development. Meanwhile,the national level initiative,the leading technical advantages of CRRC,the emphasis on cultural integration and the fulfillment of social responsibility also pave a smooth international path for CRRC. Its positive response to national policy initiatives,continuous implementation of innovation strategy,promoting overseas cultural integration and actively fulfilling overseas social responsibility are worthy of reference for domestic enterprises.
