2020年新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，河南省经济社会及电力运行受到一定影响。用电量是经济发展的“体温计”，利用电力大数据进行精细化分析可以及时反映各行业复工复产情况及运行态势，全面剖析疫情对各行各业产生的影响。本文简要梳理了疫情发展历程及其对全省经济社会产生的影响，依托能源电力大数据平台，重点分析了从疫情暴发至今全省、各地市三次产业、重点行业及典型企业用电量变化情况，从电力视角来透视全省经济回稳向好的运行特征和趋势。
<<Since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020，the economic society and power operation of Henan province have been affected.Electricity consumption is the “thermometer” of economic development.The refined analysis of big data can timely reflect the resumption of work and production and comprehensively analyze the impact of the epidemic on all industries.This paper summarized the epidemic development process and its impact on the entire province economic society.Relying on energy power big data platform，this paper analyzed the changes of electricity of the province，the cities，three industries，key industries and typical enterprises since the outbreak，from the perspective of electricity to analyze characteristics and trends of provincial economic recovery.
