The “14th Five-Year Plan” is a key period and window period for Henan’s energy transition，as well as the acceleration of the development of rural energy transition，which is of great significance to the construction of a modern energy system in the province and the realization of rural revitalization and green development.In recent years，Henan has taken LanKao as a pilot project to carry out demonstration construction of the rural energy Internet，explored new ways of rural energy transformation in the new era，and achieved certain results.This article focuses on the construction of the rural energy Internet in LanKao，briefly introduces the background and significance of the project construction，sorts out the practical measures in LanKao，and summarizes the construction ideas and concepts of the “four revolutions”，the promotion of the “four transformations”，and the provision of “four power services” in LanKao.It also analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by LanKao’s rural energy Internet construction，and finally puts forward the “four continuous promotion” work recommendations to accelerate the development of rural energy Internet，combining with LanKao’s practical experience.
