能源大数据建设是推动能源高质量发展的重要载体,也是落实中央“新基建”战略部署的重要举措之一。能源大数据涵盖电力、石油、煤炭、天然气以及气象、宏观经济等众多行业数据,各行业数据均有自身行业特征和管理要求,亟须融合统一,建立兼顾各能源行业的数据标准体系。本文结合省级能源大数据中心建设实践,提出了基础标准、数据标准、技术标准、管理标准、安全标准5个类别的能源大数据标准体系框架,并分三个阶段设计了能源大数据标准体系实施路径,对于提升能源行业数据规范性,促进能源数据归集和共享,标准化建设能源大数据中心具有重要价值。
<<The construction of energy big data is an important carrier to promote the high-quality development of energy,and it is also one of the important measures to implement the central government’s “new infrastructure” strategic deployment.Energy big data covers many other industries,such as electricity,petroleum,coal,natural gas,meteorology,macroeconomics.The data of each industry has its own industry characteristics and management requirements.It is urgent to integrate them and establish a data standard system that takes all the energy industries into account.Based on the construction practice of energy big data centers,this paper proposes a framework of five types of energy big data standard systems including basic standards,data standards,technical standards,management standards,and safety standards,and designs the energy big data standard system in three stages,which is of great value for improving the standardization of energy industry data,promoting energy data collection and sharing,and standardizing the construction of energy big data centers.
