The interactive development of manufacturing industry and service industry is a major trend and key direction of industrial integration development in recent years. Although the overall scale of Henan’s economy has been in the forefront of the country for a long time，there have been four biased problems：“partial traditional，partial heavy industry，partial upstream，partial low-end”. The resistance of industrial transformation and upgrading is large，the progress of industrial level upgrading is slow，and the overall economic scale is large but the quality is not good. In recent years，by accelerating the integration of manufacturing industry and service industry，especially by vigorously developing service-oriented manufacturing，the modernization level of industrial chain has been effectively improved，and the quality of industrial development has been improved，so as to move forward from a large industrial province to a strong industrial province.
