    2020年河南食品产业链现代化水平提升对策研究

    摘要

    2020年,河南食品产业表现出较强的韧性,逆势发力,收入、利润双指标实现大幅增长,工业增加值增速率先由负转正。民以食为天,新冠肺炎疫情的暴发更加凸显了食品的战略保障作用。河南食品产业优先复工复产,不仅为保障基本民生做出重要贡献,而且积极向抗疫一线捐赠食品物资,充分彰显河南食品企业的责任与担当。展望未来,面对全国以及全球食品产业发展的新趋势,河南食品产业面临新的机遇和挑战。在打好产业基础、提升产业链现代化水平的总体要求下,河南食品产业要做好加快智能化改造、促进产品升级、整合行业主体等全产业链管理工作,以推动河南食品产业实现更高水平发展。

    Abstract

    In 2020,Henan’s food industry showed strong industrial resilience,achieved substantial growth in income and profit,and the growth rate of industrial added value took the lead from negative to positive. Food is the top priority for the people,and the epidemic has highlighted the strategic safeguard role of food. Henan’s food industry gave priority to the resumption of work and production,which not only made important contributions to safeguarding people’s livelihood,but also actively donated food materials to the frontline of the epidemic,fully demonstrating the responsibility and responsibility of Henan Food. Looking forward to the future,in the national and global food industry development environment,Henan food industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. Under the overall requirements of laying a good industrial foundation and improving the modernization level of the industrial chain,the Henan food industry must do a good job in the management of the entire industrial chain such as accelerating intelligent transformation,promoting product upgrades,and integrating industry entities,so as to promote the Henan food industry to achieve higher levels Level of development.
