Promoting the reform of the rural collective property rights system is an important starting point for comprehensively building a well-off society and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization. With the support of the central government and the active cooperation of the local governments，the reform of the rural collective property rights system in Henan Province is progressing smoothly. This report takes Jiaozuo’s rural collective property rights system reform as an example to discuss its practices，experiences and typical models in promoting rural collective property rights reform in recent years；at the same time，also took Jiaozuo as an example to reveal that there are problems in the reform of the rural collective property rights system，such as imperfect management system，poor understanding，weak village collective economy，and weak agricultural economic management team，and proposed that we should deepen the understanding of the reform，improve the supporting construction，bold innovative attempts，and do a good job of linking up with other areas in the countryside to further promote the deepening of the reform of the rural collective economic property rights system.
