Increasing farmers’ income is the key to ensure Henan to build a well-off society in an all-round way and win the battle of poverty alleviation. In recent years，the overall income of Henan farmers shows a good growth trend，the income structure changes significantly，the regional gap is relatively narrow，and presents some new changes and new characteristics. At present，there are still some problems in Henan，such as unreasonable agricultural planting structure，structural shortage of agricultural products，low degree of agricultural production organization，low level of industrialized management，low cultural degree of agricultural practitioners，and narrow employment channels，which restrict the increase of farmers’ income from different aspects. In the later stage，we should take active measures to promote the sustainable increase of farmers’ income by deepening the structural reform of agricultural supply side，promoting the employment and Entrepreneurship of farmers，expanding the effective investment in rural areas，and continuously deepening the rural reform.
