The construction of modern agricultural industrial park plays an important and positive role in promoting the transformation of agricultural development mode，changing rural social and economic status and promoting farmers’ income. In recent years，the construction of Henan Modern Agricultural Industrial Park has effectively promoted the overall development of urban and rural areas and the deep integration of primary，secondary and tertiary industries，which has achieved positive results. However，there are still some outstanding problems，such as the construction quality is not high，the industrial integration is not deep，the interest connection is not tight，the element guarantee is not enough，and the brand image is not strong. In order to further promote the high-quality development of modern agricultural industrial park in Henan Province，we should strengthen the support of science and technology，increase the strength of factor guarantee，improve the infrastructure and service system，and strengthen the organization and management.
