The trend of cultural industry leading innovation and integration is increasingly obvious，and it has become an important support belt to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural industry and China’s cultural soft power. The construction of “One Belt and One Road”，the integration of Yangtze River Delta，the central region and the western development have brought favorable benefits to the sustainable development of the Yangtze River economic belt. The rapid development of cultural tourism integration has greatly promoted the formation of a new industrial development pattern with complementary advantages among provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt.
