Cross regional judicial cooperation is an important component of governance system for tackling pollution prevention and control. China has carried out several beneficial explorations of judicial cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta，Beijing Tianjin Hebei and other regions. In the future，the Yellow River Basin cross regional judicial cooperation of pollution prevention and control will be further expanded in terms of scope，field and depth. The cross regional judicial cooperation should closely follow the value goal of judicial justice，highlight the development orientation of benefiting the people and facilitating the people，speed up the reform progress in the aspects of cooperation power，cooperation institution and cooperation process，and better promote the pollution prevention and control of multi-party collaborative participation and cooperative respond.
