The integration of culture and technology has produced many business development models，which are becoming the new direction of cultural industry development and hot spot of industrial competition. They are also what governments focus on when formulating cultural industry policies. Developed countries have introduced relevant policies and measures to promote rapid integration of culture and technology through government guidance and legal support. This paper sorts out relevant policies and measures in promoting the integration of culture and technology in Britain，France，the United States，Japan and some provinces and cities in China，such as Shanghai，Guangdong，Zhejiang，Beijing，etc.，systematically analyzes and summarizes their practices，and highlights the successful experience. Through analysis，it’s notable that in recent years，Beijing has introduced a series of policies and measures to promote the development of special industries，such as cultural and creative industries，design industries，animation and games，and has actively pushed forward the integration of culture and technology，tourism，etc. These measures have boosted the prosperity and development of culture and related industries in Beijing，but at the same time，there are still some issues that Beijing’s cultural industry are facing，such as the core key technologies of industry development are subject to other countries，leading enterprises are strong in size but not in capacity，and brand products are scarce. This paper tries to put forward a series of measures and suggestions conducive to Beijing’s culture and technology integration based on relevant policies and development results of the integration of culture and technology in Beijing in combination with the current demands of the integration in Beijing and relevant policy experience at home and abroad.
