This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the integrated development of culture and technology in Beijing，and evaluates the integrated development in Beijing Since 2014 to 2017 from four aspects：integration foundation，integration input，integration output and integration environment，including eight secondary indexes and 21 tertiary indexes. The results show that，taking 2014 as the base of 100.0，in 2017，the development scale index of Beijing’s culture and technology integration is 146.6，and the development speed index is 141.2. In terms of fields，the three indexes of culture and technology integration foundation，integration output and integration environment achieved different degrees of growth compared with the previous year，but the input index declined slightly. According to the evaluation results，from 2014 to 2017，Beijing’s culture and technology integration has made remarkable achievements in recent years，but there still remain some weak links. First，the overall effect of Beijing’s culture and technology integration is remarkable，but there is still great potential for further development. Second，the cultural foundation has declined slightly in scale and speed. Third，the human input in the integration needs to be increased. Fourth，the financial input of the integration has to be accelerated. Fifth，the social environment of the integration calls for further optimization.
