Combined with elements of tourism and education，study tour has been highly paid attention by Chinese government. Study tour has great significance for quality education and tourism. In 2019，the domestic study tour industry has developed steadily，as the standardization of the industry has been further improved. Some companies are operating well，and the industry still has a lot of room for development. This report sorts out the policy guarantees of the study tour industry，analyzes the development of the industry based on the business conditions of the enterprise，and looks forward to the future of the study tour industry. Efforts from the government，enterprise，schools and family is needed in order to benefit the development of the study tour industry.
