Taoer River Water Park is located in Ulanhot City，Hinggan League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，with superior geographic conditions and distinctive resource background conditions. It is an irrigation area water park，with a total planned area of 228 square kilometers，including 60 square kilometers of water area. They have always，in the construction of the water park，taken the ecological civilization as the concept，taken water for people’s livelihood，public welfare water conservancy and cultural water conservancy as the guidance，and serving the local economic development as the center，to build a full-open and shared-by-all-people national park that combines culture and tourism，rolling with the new era，and integrates close-to-water leisure，health preservation and wellness，ecological resort，science education，and cultural entertainment. After decades of construction and development，they have accumulated a lot of rich experience in the construction and management of the park：first，perfecting the management system dominated by the government；second，relying on the chief of the river to protect the water ecological environment；third，increasing investment to improve the public service facilities；fourth，giving priority to public welfare，and inheriting the national history and culture；fifth，doing well in publicity and promotion to improve the popularity of the park.
