Water exhibition hall is an important content in the construction of water parks. With the rapid development of water exhibition halls，there are some problems in the construction of some exhibition halls，such as the prominent homogenization phenomenon and insufficient excavation of water conservancy characteristics. This paper made clear the significance of water exhibition hall construction，and fully expounded the construction content of the exhibition hall from data collection and mining analysis，compilation of exhibition text and exhibition design in the early stage，to the construction management in the later stage，providing rich reference and useful construction experience for the development of the exhibition hall.
