The COVID-19 epidemic swept the world at the beginning of 2020. The world economy was severely impacted and the voice of deglobalization emerged once again. However，the outstanding performance of digital technology in fighting the pandemic and the key role of the digital economy in stabilizing social stability during the COVID-19 outbreak have demonstrated the strong resilience of digital economy，that provided strong confidence and impetus for the post-COVID-19 recovery of the world economy. This article summarizes the key the role played by digital economy during the epidemic firstly and analyzes the new opportunities for global cooperation in the digital economy brought by the epidemic secondly. Then it elaborates the challenges faced by international cooperation in the digital economy from the perspectives of the political game，data compliance and security generalization，and finally put forward some countermeasures to the above risks.
