    2019年教育智库与区域合作模式研究报告——以荔湾教育院区合作为例

    摘要

    荔湾区与中国教育科学研究院合作共建教育综合改革试验区主要采取了“4+1”模式,即“四个推动和一个协同”,主要为:推动区域教育现代化和改革创新、推动课程和教学改革、推动多元优质的学校特色建设、推动教师队伍建设和促进家校协同共育。合作主要举措为:以专家高度导航教育改革方向;以项目建设谋划教育高位发展;以课程教学改革促进教育质量提升;以承办高规格活动擦亮教育品牌;以专业提升强化教师队伍建设;以合作办学探索教育体制创新;以家校合作共融促成良好教育生态。未来荔湾区将在高端教育智库的引领下,开展第二轮院区合作,在教育体制机制创新方面突破,在特色品质建设方面提升,在师资队伍活力方面激发,在生态德育方面拓展。

    Abstract

    Liwan district cooperates with National Institute of Education Sciences to build a comprehensive education reform experimental area,which mainly adopts the “4+1” mode,namely “four promotion and one coordination”. It mainly includes:promoting regional education modernization and reform and innovation,promoting curriculum and teaching reform,promoting the construction of diversified and high-quality school characteristics,promoting the construction of teachers’ team and promoting home school collaborative education. The main measures of cooperation are:to guide the direction of education reform with a high degree of experts;to plan the high-level development of education with project construction;to promote the improvement of education quality with curriculum teaching reform;to undertake high-level activities to polish the education brand;to strengthen the construction of teachers with professional improvement;to explore the innovation of education system with cooperative learning;to promote a good education ecology with home school cooperation and integration. In the future,under the guidance of high-end educational think tanks,Liwan District will carry out the second round of hospital district cooperation,make breakthroughs in the innovation of educational system and mechanism,improve the construction of characteristic quality,stimulate the vitality of teachers and expand the ecological moral education.
