    2018年教研创新推动区域义务教育高质量发展研究报告

    摘要

    在政策环境和社会需求背景下,本文全面论述了教研创新推动区域义务教育高质量发展的四个方面的经验:以实践问题为导向开展实地调研;以教育科研为先导提升教研质量;以课程化教研为路径推动教师专业成长;以智慧教研为手段促进教学方式创新。针对校际教师水平有差异、新入职教师教育教学能力不足、学区化管理中教研工作深度不够、分数指标唯上的教育评价未能突破等问题,本文提出了扎实课堂教学研究、加大新入职教师培训力度、加强中小衔接的研究、区域推进智慧教育等今后发展的举措。

    Abstract

    The paper discusses,with respect to current policy environment and social needs in China,four aspects of teaching and research innovation to achieve high-quality development of regional compulsory education. These innovative practices include conducting field research guided by practical problems and educational research aiming at improving the quality of teaching and research,and enhancing school teachers’ professional growth through the teaching and research curricularisation and teaching innovation supported by ICT,namely ‘smart teaching and research’. The following measures are suggested for further development:to address the problem of uneven teacher development among schools by strengthening classroom teaching and research,and to meet the needs for improving beginner teachers’ educational and teaching ability by increasing training investment,deepening the integration of teaching and research into school district management through research in the primary and secondary schooling transition,and breaking away from assessment only for the goals of examination scores set by higher authorities by promoting smart education in the region.
