对幼儿园保教质量评价进行研究是提升区域幼儿园保教质量的重要举措。本文基于对广州市荔湾区2015~2018年42所普惠性幼儿园保教质量评价相关数据的分析与研究发现,普惠性幼儿园普遍存在园所硬件设施使用不当或配备不足、园本课程建构意识较弱、教师专业发展空间较窄、幼儿发展全面性不足等问题。为有效提升区域普惠性幼儿园保教质量,建议要继续加强对普惠性幼儿园保教质量提升支持与评估方面的政策支持,借力国家级专家团队推动区域普惠性幼儿园课程再造和文化提升,深化区域研耕、构建区域教研文化。
<<Research about kindergarten education quality evaluation is an important measure to improve the quality of kindergarten education. Based on the analysis and research on the data related to the evaluation of the quality of care and education in 42 inclusive kindergartens in Liwan district,guangzhou from 2015 to 2018,it is found that there are many problems in inclusive kindergartens,such as improper use or inadequate provision of hardware facilities,weak construction awareness of kindergarten-based curriculum,narrow space for teachers’ professional development,and insufficient comprehensive development of children. In order to effectively improve the quality of kindergarten care and education in the region,it is suggested to continue to strengthen the policy support for the quality improvement and evaluation of kindergarten care and education in the region,to promote the curriculum reengineering and cultural improvement of kindergarten care and education in the region with the help of a team of national experts,and to deepen regional research and cultivation and build regional teaching and research culture.
