Research about kindergarten education quality evaluation is an important measure to improve the quality of kindergarten education. Based on the analysis and research on the data related to the evaluation of the quality of care and education in 42 inclusive kindergartens in Liwan district，guangzhou from 2015 to 2018，it is found that there are many problems in inclusive kindergartens，such as improper use or inadequate provision of hardware facilities，weak construction awareness of kindergarten-based curriculum，narrow space for teachers’ professional development，and insufficient comprehensive development of children. In order to effectively improve the quality of kindergarten care and education in the region，it is suggested to continue to strengthen the policy support for the quality improvement and evaluation of kindergarten care and education in the region，to promote the curriculum reengineering and cultural improvement of kindergarten care and education in the region with the help of a team of national experts，and to deepen regional research and cultivation and build regional teaching and research culture.
