Based on the characteristics of financial data news,this paper selects 377 financial and economic news works published by seven media outlets including People’s Daily,Xinhuanet,Caixin.com and DT Finance in 2018 to discuss the capacity of current mainstream financial in China. The data shows that as an important component of media capacity,there is a significant positive correlation between the degree of user participation in media communication and the praise,comment and forwarding behaviors from shallow to deep. Combined with empirical data,we can enhance the dissemination of China’s financial and economic data news from three aspects:firstly,producers should be close to the public interest and respond to public demands;secondly,they need to use data to tell financial stories and fully explore the value of news;thirdly,innovation production process to enrich the multi-dimensional user experience.
