The people’s court is an important subject of social governance. Recently，in light of the situation that the cognizance quantity within jurisdiction has been gradually rising，The High People’s Court of Jiangxi Province gives full play to the functions of the trial，adheres to the thought of “four mergers and three separations”，meanwhile，pushes ahead comprehensive the one-stop multiple dispute resolution mechanism construction in the provincial court，realizes “four transformations” and formed “three models”，finds out a new path of multiple dispute resolution which integrates both time features and the characteristics of Jiangxi Province，dispute resolution presents a good situation of “three rise and three fall”，the experience of Jiangxi province is a valuable reference for the one-stop multiple dispute resolution mechanism of dispute resolution’s further soundness，on the basis of empirical research，this report analyses five relations which influences the soundness of the mechanism，and puts forward suggestions on further improvement.
