Exploring and promoting the in-depth integration of the whole life cycle “one thing” scene-style government affairs disclosure and efficient government services is the internal requirement for the State Council’s in-depth development of “simplification of administration，decentralization with its integration，and optimization of services”. This quest and promotion is also an innovative measure for dissolve “different worries” from the masses to enterprises when they come to the government for help，and an effective way to continuously improve the sense of gain and happiness of the masses and enterprises in reform. This article provides a deep explanation of the background of government affairs disclosure，and the significance of promoting the reform of “decentralization，management and service”. It summarizes the main practices of the in-depth integration of the whole life cycle “one thing” scene-style government affairs disclosure and efficient government services of Jiangbei District，Ningbo.
