Since 2019，the local rule of law has continued to advance steadily despite many challenges and impacts. The construction of people’s congress，government services，judicial services，people’s livelihood protection，legalized business environment and grassroots governance have been significantly strengthened. Local legislation，law enforcement and supervision，judicial construction，and the rule of law society have achieved remarkable results. The prevention and control of epidemic diseases and various natural disasters and emergencies have become an important content，and the restoration of order and the protection of rights can be well considered. In the future，on the basis of summing up experience and clarifying problems，the top-level design should be strengthened and the supporting system should be improved to promote the local rule of law to be more perfect.
