内蒙古鄂尔多斯市库布其沙漠是我国第七大沙漠，其生态功能区主要包括杭锦旗、达拉特旗和准格尔旗，生态地位十分重要。近年来，库布其沙漠地区的生态治理取得了举世瞩目的成就，形成了“库布其沙漠治理模式”，成为全世界沙漠化治理的成功典范。本报告对库布其沙漠地区生态安全屏障建设及其资源环境承载力进行了评价，介绍了鄂尔多斯市造林总场开展库布其沙漠治理的典型案例，最后提出了进一步建设库布其沙漠地区生态安全屏障的对策建议。
<<The Hobq desert of Ordos city in Inner Mongolia is the seventh largest desert in China. In recent years，the ecological management of Hobq desert area has made remarkable achievements，forming the “Management model of Hobq desert”，which has become a successful model of desertification control worldwide. The report evaluates the construction of ecological safety barrier in Hobq desert area and its resource and environmental carrying capacity，introduces the typical cases to the construction of ecological safety barrier in Hobq desert in the afforestation base of Ordos city，and finally puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for further construction of ecological safety barrier in Hobq desert area.
