The central region along the Yellow River is one of the important experimental areas for the construction of national ecological security barrier in Gansu province. Water and soil erosion prevention and control and comprehensive river basin management are the key points of construction. The Yellow River ecological corridor not only has an important impact on the improvement of local ecological environment and the sustainable development of social economy，but also is an important part of the national “two screens and three belts” ecological barrier. Based on the establishment of an evaluation index system for the construction of regional ecological security barriers，this report adopts the entropy method and other research methods to comprehensively evaluate the construction of ecological security barriers in lanzhou，baiyin and yongjing. On this basis，the method of index system to evaluate the bearing capacity of resources and environment，gravity，difficulty and the comprehensive ecological construction，analysis of practice and problems of the construction of the ecological security barrier in the central region of the Yellow River in recent years，and put forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions，so as to provide reference for regional ecological protection and sustainable development.
