Real name management of construction workers is an important measure to standardize order，strengthen supervision，safeguard rights and interests，and promote the sustainable and healthy development of construction industry. In view of the “no arrears” work of construction enterprises in Hangzhou and the promotion of the implementation of the national real name management platform，construction enterprises generally reflect the existing problems. The association has set up a research group and carried out research. This paper puts forward opinions and suggestions on the establishment of special account，insufficient fund allocation，one size fits all ratio，tax risk of payment process，large docking cost of real name system platform，and payment of individual income tax for migrant workers.
