In 2019，the added value of construction industry in Hainan Province will reach 51.447 billion yuan，with a year-on-year increase of 4.2%. This report analyzes the composition of construction enterprises in the whole province and reviews the basic situation of industry development. This paper reviews the work of last year from the aspects of maintaining the sustained，stable and healthy development of the real estate market，promoting the obvious improvement of the urban and rural environment，leading the rapid development of prefabricated buildings，steadily improving the level of public housing security and living conditions，promoting the quality and efficiency of construction industry management，and promoting the further optimization of business environment. It also points out the following key work points，such as the overall prevention and control of epidemic situation，the resumption of work and production of engineering projects，the steady and healthy development of the real estate market，the continuous strengthening of housing security and the improvement of living conditions，the full promotion of prefabricated building development to a new level，the deepening of reform and innovation，and the refinement of urban management.
